Conditions of sale

You must present yourself in the front desk showing the ticket confirmation, at least 15 minutes before your activity. The reservation time is approximate and may vary due to technical or weather reasons.

There is not a minimum age to realise the activities, but there are some physical limitations:

- Minimum height: 120 cm.
- Minimum weight: 35 Kg.
- Maximum weight: 120 Kg.

Other limitations. It is confirmed that:

- You are not pregnant
- You have not suffered dislocation or dislocation
- You are not under the influence of alcohol and / or drugs
- You do not have lumbar and back problems.

Cancellation made more than 72 hours before scheduled activity, will give the right to change the date of the activity or use the amount paid to do another activity. This option is valid for 12 months from the date of the original booking.

AventuraNautica reserves the right to cancel or delay the time of the activity either for technical, weather or logistical reasons.

The deposit is refundable only:

- If the activity cannot be performed for technical reasons or bad weather conditions.
- Otherwise, no date change is allowed and the deposit is lost.

Gifts and gift cards are valid for 12 months.

In compliance with article 5 of the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December concerning the Personal Information Protection, Roses Styx S.L. informs that the personal details obtained from this website will be treated with the maximum confidence. All information collected will be classified in the files of www.aventuranautica.com and the Roses Styx S.L. group and declared to the Spanish Agency of Data Protection. All information will be treated according to the rules concerning data protection, protecting the customer?s right to privacy at any time. These data will only be transferred to companies of the Roses Styx S.L. group with the aim of offering the services of their establishments. Under no circumstances they will be transferred to third parties without the previous consent of the party concerned, except when legally authorised.

Gift cheque

The electronic gift vouchers are valid with all products in www.aventuranautica.com website. These vouchers are directly accepted at any establishments of Roses Styx SL The voucher has a unique code that must be presented at time of performing the chosen activity. The minimum value of the gift voucher is 25€ and the limit is 2000€. This must be used in its entirety, if the amount of activity is higher than the voucher, you can pay the complement through forms of payment accepted. If the amount of the voucher exceeds the amount of the activity done by the beneficiary, we will not be refund the difference, try to consume it to get the biggest return on your purchase. Once payment has been accepted, the beneficiary will receive the check and the respective code in the email address you provide us. The value of the gift voucher will be equivalent to the amount paid. The amount of the voucher will not be refunded if the beneficiary does not perform any activity during the period of validity of the voucher. The gift voucher has a maximum validity of 12 months from the date of acceptance of payment.
