Where are we located?

Super easy! Our main office is in Gola de l'Estany 29 in Santa Margarita - Roses and a few meters away we have our boarding base (platform). You can go to either of these two points to make the booking contract and the corresponding payments.

Our boarding base, where we have all our boats and jets, is located 1 min from the sea, right at the start! This saves time and when it's a 30 minute trip, you don't lose a minute in the canals!

How can I rent a boat if I don't have a license?

Don't worry, with us you can rent a boat without a license. We have different models of boats for all tastes. You can go up to 8 people on these boats sailing through our wonderful coves without needing to have a license.

How can I rent a jet ski if I don't have a license?

Dare to join our tours in your own jet ski and an instructor on his jet will take you to the most beautiful parts of our coast, a short ride at full throttle.

You can also take advantage of our circuit in the middle of the sea to play with the waves and have fun while driving.

How to book?

Very easy! You can do it by choosing your products on our online site or by simply calling us to make a reservation. We are always at your disposal. To make a reservation for any of our services, it is necessary to make a payment of 100% of the total cost.

When and how do I pay the rest of the rental fee?

The remaining amount can be paid on the day of the charter, before departure, at our facilities or offices. You can pay by cash, visa or maestro. We do not accept American Express or checks.

You can also leave the deposit in cash or by credit card (no checks).

What time should I arrive?

You must arrive 15 minutes before the reservation time.

Where can I park my car?

There is plenty of parking in front of our office.

Are pets allowed?

Of course, no problem! just let us know at the time of booking so that we can advise you on the most suitable boat for your pet!

Can I hire nautical accessories for my boat?

We recommend that our clients book accessories at the time of booking to avoid availability problems.

Are wetsuits available?

Don't worry if it's a bit cold, we have wetsuits available for the beginning or end of the season when it's more difficult to get in the water and get wet.

Are there any restrictions for water activities?

Monster:

• We do not recommend it for people with back or neck pain.
• You need to be at least 1.30 m tall.

Parasailing:

• You can fly from 1 to 4 people at the same time with a maximum total weight of 400 kg and a minimum of 60 kg between all passengers flying at the same time.

Banana/ Crazy Sofa/ Flyfish:

• A minimum height of 1.20m is recommended.
• Although you wear life jackets, it is preferable that you know how to swim.

What should i do if the sea is not navigable?

During the summer months this does not usually happen, but if there is one thing you cannot control, it is the weather! if this happens, our captain will let you know the same day and we will change the day or offer you a voucher to spend whenever you want.
